The Features :

  • Fully automatic tube cutting cell.
  • Servo Driven (6~10 Axis) for automatic adjustment between sizes, files and parameters to minimize setup time and operational hazards (*).
  • Maximum O.D. up to OD 80 mm (3”) and Minimum OD as small as 12 mm (1/2”).
  • Wall thickness up to 4 mm (1/6”) in Mild Steel and 2.5 mm (1/13”) in Stainless Steel and Aluminum (1.5kW).
  • 6 Meters Bundle Loader with automatic tube OD setup, and 6 Meters Rack Type Loader.
  • Suitable for mild steel, stainless, aluminum, and various traditionally hard to cut materials.
  • Set up for Air Cutting (Standard) or Nitrogen cutting (Optional).
  • Used for cutting various types tube shapes, such as: Round, Square, Rectangular and Flat Oval Tubes.
  • Typical Working Processes include: Cutting, Angle Cutting, Notching, Hole Making, Slotting, Tabbing
  • Working Steps and Performance : Loading + Feeding and Rotation + Cutting + Unloading. (*) Different clamping tools are required for each O.D.
