Dosoco Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in December 1990 in Shah Alam and Johor Bahru in 1994. Dosoco is a subsidiary of Soco Machinery Co. Ltd, a founder and leader of this industry in Taiwan. SOCO has built its reputation by offering advanced technology and unsurpassed machine performance. The objective of Dosoco establishment is to target the global market through South East Asia by carry on the business as importers & exporters, wholesales and dealers of all kind of tube processing machinery, parts and accessories with the continuous goal to improve and offer the highest standard in performance, quality and service.

INNOVATION CENTER

SOCO has trained and nurtured a team of professional design engineers, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and expectations. This allows SOCO to continue developing, changing and creating new customer-oriented machine and equipment.

At SOCO, we own a strong R&D team for developing and innovating. And we apply cutting edge 3D designing technology, such as AUTO CAD, for greater efficiency in development. For certain series of Tube Bender, equipped with 3D software and operation interface. Operator can operate the CNC machine by easy way and raise the performance. Each of our design engineers has received the proper technical and hands-on training, achieving customer satisfaction through research, new techniques and innovations

PRECISION MACHINING CENTER

In order to provide high accurate clamping jaws and bending molds, SOCO built the Tooling Processing Center in Fac.2. It has equipped with CNC Machining Centers and CNC Computer Lathes for tooling processing. After utilizing CAD-CAM to design solutions based on our customers’ requirements and demands, we extensively test and run our products, thus meeting their needs in the shortest amount of time.

ENGINEERING

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CRM

At the completion of the assembly process, our products are once again put through rigorous testing based on our quality assurance. Further, the computer system then creates a file with our customers’ information, such as their names, the machines models and the major components that were used, all in an effort to ensure excellency in our after sales service and support. Therefore, we have unique CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) system for customer service and analysis.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

Recently, environment protection is the most important issue in worldwide. SOCO also value this issue and act out this in products. We perform environment protection from machine design, pilot run testing, mass production…etc.

We devote to lower pollution and increase performance. In order to save more material and resource, the machine has designed for minimizing materials waste. Take an example, the cutting machine SA-78NCE series equipped with safety cover for safety and lowering noise.We believe, the enterprise needs to be responsible for whole community, which included environment, health of employees and their families.

Therefore, SOCO believe we need to offer a safe working environment and take care the staff’s health. People know that, in SOCO’s factory and office, we make green the environment be a garden; the staff can enjoy the garden and fishpond when they need to take a rest.
