The new SOCO SA-85NCE-MULTI is an unmatched, extremely high-speed automatic tube cutting line. With the ability to cut up to 4 tubes simultaneously, it is can reach outputs of over 2000 workpieces per hour.

It can also be integrated with other SOCO machines, such as Tube Deburring, Chamfering, Washing, Length Measuring, and Stacking Systems for higher levels of automation and productivity.

Here are some of the main features:

• 7 servo-controlled axes for cutting precision, speed, and low setup time
• 1.2 seconds per piece. Over 2000 pieces per hour
• Cuts up to 4 tubes at a time with OD 32 mm
• Automatic alignment + arrangement of tubes for bundle cutting
• Cutting lengths from 50 mm to 2000 mm or 3000 mm
• Servo controlled output axes for short crop lengths
• SOCO i2 controls + touch screen interface
